“Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”
Most of us have heard this expression throughout our lives, particularly when we confide in others that we have been teased, harassed, or bullied.
Brene Brown has experienced her share of hiding from vulnerability, and has tried her best to avoid it. This video provides a closer look at what causes us to feel vulnerable and ashamed, and what causes us to feel joy and happiness. Brene uses her unique storytelling abilities to explain the connection between vulnerability and joy, belonging, and happiness

The TalkEZY.com website started in May of 2012 as an anti-bullying project and slowly started to turn around into a positive message of loving yourself and raising your self esteem while monitoring the bullying pulse to make sure it’s not forgotten that kids out there still stuffering.

Tucker and Aleks got bullied when they were in high school, now utilizing the power of internet to help others through education, engagement and empowerment. They are using their full time jobs to fund this project, to create a community of action to encourage positive changes.
